  • 'Celebrity WIPEOUT?!? I thought this was Celebrity Appren—‘
  • Filming of the ultra low budget and highly fictionalized movie bio pic 'Queen Nefertiti' was delayed indefinitely after sexy star Gigi Delani got carried away during a pivotal slave uprising scene and mowed down several extras and a key grip with a solid titanium ankh. The cast and crew that didn't dart out an emergency exit fashioned bandages and tourniquets from prop mummies and waited for OSHA officials to arrive. Meanwhile Gigi, oblivious to the apocalyptic chaos she'd created, could not stop thinking abut how focused and committed she'd been in the scene as she walked off set to tweet about it.
  • The star-studded audience at the 2012 American Music Awards watched in disbelief as megastar presenter Gigi Delani glided onstage without announced co-presenter Nicki Minaj. As Gigi handed the award for Favorite Latin Artist to frenemy Shakira, stagehands rushed to a locked Port-A-Potty in the back of the Nokia Theater where they found Minaj, filing her nails and swigging Jack Daniels while screaming at Siri on her iPhone for Gigi's home address.
  • Gigi Delani set out to put Hollywood nay-sayers on alert when she co-produced, co-wrote and recorded the theme song for a sprawling 4-hour original movie entitled 'Xochitl: Aztec Warrior High Priestess of the Sun'. Controversy started early when the Latino community blasted the bombshell for bypassing more ethnically appropriate actresses including Ana Ortiz, Jessica Alba and fellow DUI recipient Michelle Rodriguez. Just days after its Cinco de Mayo premiere, the film was pulled from theaters after mass protests, universally savage reviews and a public statement from her good friend America Ferrera denouncing the film, forever dashing Gigi's hopes that they might add a 'Best Non-Latina actress in a Latina Role' category at the ALMA Awards.
  • At Siren Studios to shoot a 4-page fall fashion spread for InStyle, mega-star Gigi Delani looked gorgeous in Dolce & Gabbana as hair and make-up prepared her for camera. It had been a difficult week, and as Gigi made her way to set, her flawless exterior betrayed no inkling of the conflicted thoughts that swirled inside her. Should she forgive Kellan Lutz AGAIN or finally call it quits? That fight with Sarah Rue outside the Sharper Image was vicious and went viral within minutes. And she didn't even want to THINK about how she was going to get out of a scheduled appearance with those harpies on 'The View'. And now that she was thinking about it, where WAS her pink cashmere Cynthia Rowley sweater? Had she over-paid her gardener last month or forgotten to pay him? Why has Wentworth Miller gained so much weight? What is the difference between 'flame resistant' and 'flame retardant'? Why did they ever re-make 'Total Recall'? Was Stonehenge used as a religious burial site or was it some kind of basecamp for ancient aliens? And what about…
  • Refusing to be upstaged by the Kirsten Dunst/Diane Kruger versions of Marie Antoinette, Gigi Delani pulled out all the stops in her misfire entitled 'Heads Will Roll - Portrait of a 17th Century Bad Girl' in 3D. The movie went staggeringly over budget and its box office prospects were further doomed by a nearly seven hour running time and an absurd 'surprise twist' ending where the plucky protagonist miraculously escapes the guillotine and opens up a bed and breakfast in Barcelona.
  • Gigi was thrilled to book a co-starring role on TNT’s 'Rizzoli & Isles' but less thrilled to be working with Angie Harmon again. The incident backstage at the 2009 People's Choice Awards had caused irreparable damage to their friendship and to Gigi’s $2200 Reem Acra gown. But the role of Fawn, an exotic dancer with Lou Gehrig’s disease who discovers her grandparents vivisected in their den, was too meaty to pass up. Still, she’d been in hair and make-up for nearly three hours and the wig Miguel-angel was stretching across her skull was way too tight and smelled like cream of mushroom soup. 'Angie had something to do with this,' Gigi barked, swallowing the last bits of her corn dog. 'TWO can play that game!'
  • Setting aside recent turmoil including an incident at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant Villa Blanca involving a plate of grilled Australian lamb chops, a sous chef and Charlize Theron, a determined Gigi Delani took center stage at the Elle Magazine Women in Music concert. The starlet was nervous. She hadn't sung in public since she fell off the stage during an acoustic performance with Robin Thicke at the Troubadour. Her triumphant return to live performing was amply rewarded with an overpowering audience reaction as Gigi belted out a torchy rendition of Bon Jovi's anthemic, 'You Give Love a Bad Name'.
  • Nothing was going to stop Gigi Delani from stealing the spotlight at the 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show - not the wardrobe malfunction that lit up Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Google Plus for weeks afterwards, not the inevitable altercation with hip-hop superstar Rihanna which resulted in temporary restraining orders for both (again), and certainly not supermodel Adriana Lima, who was sent flying into the front row as Gigi unapologetically took front and center in the grand finale.
  • True to her word, Gigi's 'payback' came when Jennifer Lawrence "LEAST expected it".
  • After arriving on the 'Downton Abbey' set expecting to play a distant relative of the Crawleys who is hiding a dark secret and instead being handed a servant's costume, guest star Gigi Delani made sure that Dame Maggie 'Dowager Countess' Smith got a 'surprise' in her bowl of Cock-a-leekie soup.
  • Gigi had tried her hand at an epic Egyptian story once before, with disastrous results. Nevertheless, she jumped at the chance to play Hatshepsut, Egypt’s most celebrated female Pharaoh, in a History Channel movie titled: “Hatshepsut: Egypt's Most Celebrated Female Pharaoh”. When funding was pulled minutes after the table read, Gigi went into seclusion and only this early publicity shot remains.
  • Thinly veiled contempt erupted into blind fury between co-stars Gigi Delani and Julianne Hough after weeks of tension on the set of their lavishly over-blown biopic about 18th century royal mistress Madame de Pompadour. A 'wig mishap' involving horse urine lead to terse words and galvanizing accusations at the craft services table. Filming was halted while both actresses were replaced with former Disney Channel stars.
  • Producers of the TV show ‘Smash’ were desperate to pull their campy creation out of its death spiral and stunt cast starlet Gigi Delani as a last-minute contender for the role of Marilyn Monroe in the musical ‘Bombshell’. Cast members were not pleased and Katherine McPhee was the prime suspect when the wind machine in the ‘Seven Year Itch’ musical number was mysteriously turned up to capacity, blowing Gigi off her feet and slamming her into tiny special guest star Kristin Chenoweth.
